Second/Third Trimester
"Tools For Birth" Series
This six-week series covers preparing for labor, the stages of labor, the pain-tension-fear-cycle, coping techniques, hospital procedures, common interventions, how to develop a birth plan, and more. After participating in this course you and your chosen coach will know what to expect and how to best support one another on your special day. Remember, the more "tools" you have in your toolbox the better prepared you will be!

They Don’t Come with a Manual
This two-week course covers everything you need to know for after the delivery. You will learn the basics of caring for a newborn, including: interpreting their cries, diapering, swaddling, bathing, bonding, breastfeeding and more! We will also cover what is far too often left out of the books, how to help mom recover mentally and physically, and how to use this time to strengthen your relationship with your partner.
